Dojo is currently not open
Even though it has been a few years, I am now looking a space to hold class.
Since there are no formal classes at this time, remember to practice the exercises/undo as often
as you can. Paying attention to posture, just like in class. Eventually you will notice something.
If you have any suggestions for space to use for class, let me know.
You can contact me by phone(leave a message) or email.
Everyone is welcome - regardless of abilities. We provide a non-competitive environment.
We teach self-defense on many different levels - How to stop things before they start. How to change things once they have started. We do this by helping you develop greater awareness of yourself and others,
and learning how to control yourself in situations you encounter in your daily life.
We do this through practicing Aikido exercises and techniques. By coming to class and practing the exercises and techniques you will gain greater self-confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. We do not teach fighting, or how to fight. We teach how not to fight.
Aikido is here for you to practice. Once you start training it becomes your practice so come to class as often as you can. Even if you miss coming to class for an extended period of time you will still be able to pick up where you left off. Think of Aikido as part of your self-improvment journey. Remember to come to class.
Adults: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 pm.
Private classes are available.
Children: Wednesday at 5:00 pm.
